1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided by jitu10 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. • "Deposit" means funds transferred by you to your Account balance for the purpose of placing bets.

• "Platform" means the jitu10 website, mobile applications, and all associated technology infrastructure used to deliver our services.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your Account balance to your designated bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and use jitu10:

• You are at least 21 years of age. We strictly enforce this age restriction and will immediately terminate any account found to belong to a person under 21.
• You are a legal resident of Indonesia and are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia or another jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not legally prohibited from gambling due to self-exclusion, court order, or other legal restriction.
• You are not employed by jitu10, any of our affiliated companies, game providers, payment processors, or any entity with a commercial interest in the outcome of games offered on the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete our registration form providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to:

• Provide only truthful and accurate information during registration and to update such information immediately if it changes.
• Register only one Account. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed with funds forfeited.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your Account, including unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Account under any circumstances.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, jitu10 reserves the right to request identity verification documents including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide these documents within 30 days of our request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing delays. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

jitu10 accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2-10 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. jitu10 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

You warrant that all funds deposited to your Account are legitimate, lawfully obtained, and belong to you personally. jitu10 reserves the right to reject deposits or request source-of-funds documentation if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or breach of these Terms. You must not use jitu10 as a money transfer service or payment intermediary—deposits must be used for gaming purposes.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Timeframes

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000 (Indonesian Rupiah).
• Maximum Withdrawal: Varies by payment method and VIP tier; standard members may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Standard members can expect withdrawals processed within 24 hours; VIP Gold members within 12 hours; VIP Platinum members within 2 hours. These are target timeframes and may be extended during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required.
• Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed by jitu10. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• KYC Compliance: Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals may be processed without additional verification unless we identify suspicious activity.

jitu10 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and investigate any account suspected of fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or violation of these Terms. Withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation, and accounts found in violation may have balances forfeited and accounts permanently closed.

4.3 Currency and Transaction Fees

All transactions on jitu10 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, expedited withdrawals or withdrawals to third-party payment processors may incur service fees as disclosed at the time of transaction. Your bank or e-wallet provider may also charge receiving fees outside our control.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jitu10 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed on the promotional page at the time of the offer. Key general provisions include:

• Bonuses are granted at jitu10's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 5x to 30x the bonus amount) on eligible games before becoming withdrawable.
• Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and sports betting may contribute 10-50%. Game contribution percentages are specified in each bonus's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, or placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements, will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• You may have only one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified. Accepting a new bonus may void any existing unclaimed bonus.

5.2 Welcome Bonus Specific Terms

Our standard welcome bonus offers 100% match on your first deposit up to Rp 1,000,000. To qualify, you must deposit a minimum of Rp 50,000. The bonus is subject to 5x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit Rp 100,000 and receive a Rp 100,000 bonus, you must wager Rp 500,000 (Rp 100,000 bonus × 5) before you can withdraw the bonus and any associated winnings. The welcome bonus is available only once per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of bonus credit, after which unclaimed bonus funds and associated winnings expire.

6. Betting Rules and Game-Specific Terms

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and bet type. In cases of abandoned, postponed, or canceled matches, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. jitu10's interpretation of rules and results is final. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one selection is voided, the parlay continues with the remaining selections at adjusted odds.

6.2 Casino Games and Slots

Casino games including slots, table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), and live dealer games are provided by third-party game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. Each game operates under its own rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage as disclosed in the game information. In the event of a technical malfunction or error, all affected bets and payouts are void. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

6.3 Togel and Lottery Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets are settled based on official draw results as published by the authorized lottery operator. Draw schedules, bet types (2D, 3D, 4D), and payout structures are displayed on the game page. In the event of a technical issue or disputed draw result, jitu10 will investigate and settle bets based on the official outcome. Player disputes regarding draw results must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Restrictions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity information, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or employing betting strategies designed solely to exploit bonuses without genuine gaming intent.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimize funds obtained through illegal activities.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or play games.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or discover the source code of our Platform or games.
• Hacking or Security Breaches: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, our servers, or any part of our infrastructure.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, jitu10 AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform and services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including game providers and other users;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in service;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results, odds, or account balances;
• Any losses resulting from your gambling activity, as gambling inherently involves risk of loss.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial arbitration principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jitu10 shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and jitu10 customer support. If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by an internationally recognized arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Each party may bring claims against the other only in their individual capacity. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support, subject to withdrawal of any remaining balance and completion of any pending transactions. jitu10 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, you forfeit any unredeemed bonuses, pending bets are voided (with stakes returned), and any remaining balance subject to these Terms will be returned to you minus any outstanding amounts owed to jitu10.
